The United States government has made it official that they will eat up with scientists, in moving towards a future where they can openly spray the skies with a chemical that may help us with climate change.
David Keith, a Harvard Scientist, and his partner are going to spray the sky with aluminum oxide amongst other chemicals, to “experiment” with geoengineering: solar radiation management (SRM) to block sun rays. Their goal is to block the sun in an effort to fight back against climate change, however, there is documents of weather modification techniques being used by the military that opens doors to other hidden motives. The technology review from MIT states:
“A pair of Harvard climate scientists are preparing small-scale atmospheric experiments that could offer insights into the feasibility and risks of deliberately altering the climate to ease global warming.
They would be among the earliest official geoengineering-related experiments conducted outside of a controlled laboratory or computer model, underscoring the growing sense of urgency among scientists to begin seriously studying the possibility as the threat of climate change mounts. Sometime next year, Harvard professors David Keith and Frank Keutsch hope to launch a high-altitude balloon, tethered to a gondola equipped with propellers and sensors, from a site in Tucson, Arizona.
After initial engineering tests, the “StratoCruiser” would spray a fine mist of materials such as sulfur dioxide, alumina, or calcium carbonate into the stratosphere. The sensors would then measure the reflectivity of the particles, the degree to which they disperse or coalesce, and the way they interact with other compounds in the atmosphere.”
According to the Guardian:
“US scientists are set to send aerosol injections 20km up into the earth’s stratosphere in the world’s biggest solar geoengineering program to date, to study the potential of a future tech-fix for global warming.
The $20m Harvard University project will launch within weeks and aims to establish whether the technology can safely simulate the atmospheric cooling effects of a volcanic eruption, if a last ditch bid to halt climate change is one day needed.”
This happened after a UN “geoengineering governance initiative” was started, and the Carnegie Council unveiled a “Carnegie Geoengineering Governance Initiative.” This is in response to the CIA director, John Brennan’s proposal to have skies sprayed and perform “solar radiation management” (SRM) to combat climate change.
There is no doubt that there are powerful forces pushing for legal precedent to gain the ability to spray the skies with aluminum, just to change the weather. Not knowing what these chemicals are that’s being sprayed over us, could bring chemical and biowarfare against the people. It is a concerning possibility that it can happen. Because it did. Take a look into the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiments, and the spraying of San Francisco in Operation Sea Spray.
Those behind the surge in support for geoengineering for decades are not unknown. They are within military industrial complex affiliated institutions like Harvard, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Raytheon, MITRE Corporation amongst many others. The whole system is started right from MIT.
The prestigious educational institution has direct ties and is the stronghold for the Military Industrial Complex. The fact is, Geoengineering is already happening in the US and around the world. What these people are trying to do, is make geoengineering out to be helpful in the public’s perception. David Keith is a pawn putting on a show of “experiments” for geoengineering, experiments that seem too excessive to those who already know how far the technology has come. Then they will be able to say “we tested it and it’s safe,” and then continue to spray us in excessive amounts than they already are.
I can tell you that in California, particularly central and northern California, has it the worst right now. There, they spray heavy, and the dry air allows the chemical to fall down on people, and you can smell it, and in some areas (like Sacramento, California) the spray can make you sick.
They sprayed Sacramento with a plastic smelling, sharp, irritating aerosol in late 2016. They used two kinds of spray: the first from about January 2016-August 2016 smelled starchy, powdery, kind of ashy and metallic like aluminum. The smell fills up the air and your house if any windows are open.
It isn’t the spraying that you smell: the smell always comes right after they spray, and you can watch it fall down.
Then in August, the smell changed to a sharp, plastic, static electric type of smell and it was worse than the last smell.
The worse plastic-smelling spray penetrates closed windows unlike the other, and travels in rain, as if they spray into rain clouds. The rain used to wash away the smell of chemicals, but it actually carries the new plastic smelling spray straight through the walls of your house when it rains.
It makes you wonder what we will be subject to in the future, and what could happen. They are already spraying, and want all opposition to spraying much harder to form. Who knows what hidden motives they have in spraying. The US would probably like to control rain systems, give some areas drought (countries like Iran) and give some areas water.
Nanoparticles of aluminum, which is the chemical being sprayed, can make people confused like someone with Alzheimer’s. Aluminum is toxic to our health, just like mercury. We have to come together and fight back against this.
This article about the Carnegie Council’s steps toward geoengineering says: “If we don’t protest their proposal to spray the skies now, in 20 years we’ll be living in an aluminum poisoned nightmare where questioning the health of geoengineering the weather, hazing out the sun to combat climate change, will be as taboo as being critical of vaccines. We cannot allow geoengineering to become normalized in the public consciousness.“
