The Inuit of the great north Arctic have long been unbelievably gifted at forecasting the coming weather. Now, though, they’re warning us that the earth is changing – and that accurate forecasting is no longer possible.
The warning has been transmitted to NASA, among others, that the earth is shifting, has wobbled, and that the sky – long their canvas from which to read the weather – has changed.
Inuit elders note the sun rises in different positions, daylight hours have changed, and temperatures rise far more rapidly than in the past.
Not only has the sun moved, but so too have the moon and stars, making their weather predictions far more difficult and less accurate as a result.
